Here's a new neat tool from Google.  Type in any US city and it will tell you where the local flu shot locations are:

http://maps.google.com/maps/mpl?moduleurl=http://maps.google.com/mapfiles/mapplets/flushot/flushot.xml

It includes both Seasonal and H1N1 Flu Shot locations.
